stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.04+

Hello folks,

I have our stress-ng fork updated to V0.18.04+, the head is now 1eb561bba2
("stress-dev: check for autofs #defines for stress_dev_autofs_linux").

This version has been tested with different kernels in 2024.09.30 and
s2024.09.02 cycle.

The sigurg stressor seems a bit flaky on some instances, but I was unable
to reproduce it manually. Please feel free to restart the test or contact
us if you have encountered this failure.
