We are planning to go with a v6.8 kernel, here is the official
announcement:
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/introducing-kernel-6-8-for-the-24-04-noble-numbat-release

At the moment we are working in parallel both with v6.7, in the
noble/master-next branch, and with v6.8 in the unstable/master branch:
https://git.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-kernel/ubuntu/+source/linux/+git/unstable

The latest 6.8-based Ubuntu kernel is also available in this ppa:
https://launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel-team/+archive/ubuntu/unstable

Keep in mind that 6.8 is still in the early stages, so something may be
missing or broken.

Cheers,
