Kernel Release planned to be used for 24.04 Noble

Hi!
I saw that the git repo for the noble release on launchpad [0] was updated
to base on Linux 6.7 recently on the master-next branch.
As the Ubuntu 24.04 will be an LTS release, I wanted to ask if it isn't
planned to use a kernel.org LTS release like 6.6 as base, but rather a newer
one?
And as the Noble release schedule [1] mentions that March 28 will be the
Kernel Feature Freeze date, I wondered if in that case it's planned to go
for the 6.8 kernel, which will be almost certainly released until then.
