mce errors when using kernel 6.5.0-14-generic

Could you submit a bug report so we can properly keep track of this?

For now I can tell that mce detected an error on CPU 0 on Bank 27 (one
of the RAM module).
I would recommend a BIOS update first and see what happens.
It would be also useful to get the full boot logs, maybe something else
happened there.
