[Impact]
Intel WiFi 9560 firmware crashed when PPAG is enabled.

[Fix]
Ignore PPAG on 9000 (JF) series.

[Test]
With the patch applied, WiFi works correctly.

[Where problems could occur]
Essentially no regression potential as JF doesn't support PPAG at all.
