[m/unstable PATCH 0/2] Add support for rootless builds (Hackathon: KERNTT-669)

I think the target for this patch is "noble:linux-unstable" only.

I am guessing "m/unstable" is a typo, and indeed no need for bug link.

Changes like these are not suitable for sru into GA kernels.
