SRU Justification

[Impact]

Microsoft has requested updating CIFS to the 5.15 backport as published 
in 'git://git.samba.org/sfrench/cifs-2.6.git 5.15-backport'.

[Test Plan]

Microsoft tested, "Jammy test kernel with CIFS patches validated by LSG 
we can
merged them in Azure tunned Kernel "

[Where things could go wrong]

CIFS network connections could misbehave
