When sending a v2, please send it as a new email instead of replying to
the original. This will help avoid confusion, is less prone for errors,
and doesn't run the same risk of getting lost in the mailing list. May
you please resend this?

In addition, for future patches you send a revision for, please `NACK`
the originals if it has not already been done. You can do this by
replying to the patch which is no longer valid and include `NACK` at the
beginning of the subject line as I have done with this response.
