[Patch 0/1] [kteam-tools] Add a stable maintenance script to extract stable commits from each branch

I found it tedious when doing CVEs to figure out what stable branches contain which patches.
If there is no other script in kteam-tools that provides this feature, then I'd like to add
this script to kteam-tools.
