APPLIED/cmnt: [SRU][linux-firmware][unstable][PULL] amdgpu: update yellow carp dmcub firmware

For unstable/jammy we don't cherry pick upstream commits but rebase to latest
upstream until (close to) freeze date which I just did. The rebase contains the
commit you wanted.
