It looks like this might also affect
linux-meta-{aws,azure,gcp,oracle,riscv}, in addition to
linux-meta-kvm.

Seems like you guys are better poised to make multiple cross-repo
changes like this, so will leave this to you.

But please, let's get a fix deployed for it soon. Having all the cloud
stuff broken breaks one of the primary use cases for the wireguard
module being in ubuntu.
