As mentioned by Stefan, I believe the best way to get these patches
applied to bionic/linux-gcp and bionic/linux-gke-5.0 is via
disco/linux-gcp, unless there's a very strong reason not to apply
them to this kernel.

I would re-write the provenance block of these patches, they have
the ACK's from the patch set submitted for xenial/linux-gcp and
bionic/linux-gke-4.15. This is a new submission, they should
contain only the ACK's from this one.
