Today, the Kernel Uploaders Team[1] had an ad-hoc meeting with the
following members in attendance:

  Andrea Righi (~arighi)
  Juerg Haefliger (~juergh)
  Kamal Mostafa (~kamalmostafa)
  Khaled El Mously (~kmously)
  Kleber Sacilotto de Souza (~kleber-souza)
  Marcelo Cerri (~mhcerri)
  Seth Forshee (~sforshee)
  Stefan Bader (~smb)
Thadeu Lima de Souza Cascardo (~cascardo)
  Tyler Hicks (~tyhicks)

We reviewed the Kernel Upload rights application for Connor Kuehl
(~connork)[2]. Connor has been working with the kernel team for over
8 months and on stable kernels with tasks including kernel upload
preparation, merging upstream stable releases, performing CVE backports,
and preparing uploads for DKMS packages to fix build issues for various
kernel versions. His application was warmly received by the team. A vote
was held and passed without objection:

  Andrea Righi +1
  Juerg Haefliger +1
  Kamal Mostafa +1
  Khaled El Mously +1
  Kleber Sacilotto de Souza +1
  Marcelo Cerri +1
  Seth Forshee +1
  Stefan Bader +1
Thadeu Lima de Souza Cascardo +1
  Tyler Hicks +1

The team would like to thank Connor for all the hard work on Ubuntu and
take this opportunity to welcome Connor to the team. Enjoy your new rights.

Tyler Hicks was tasked with adding the applicant to the team.

Congratulations!
