[PATCH 0/2] Two small changes for kernel snap scripts master branch

The first one makes per-snap branches be able to assign the PACKAGE list. For
example, for the joule kernel snap it needs linux-joule instead of
linux-signed-generic. This then can be assigned in the joule branch.

The second one is to add ~snappy-dev/image to sourecs.list. Seems only one
PPA can be selected in launchpad when we build a kernel snap. Since we'll need
~snappy-ppa/image anyway, add it to sourecs.list so we can use another PPA
when we want to (for example, custom kernel debs).
