[Xenial SRU][PATCH 0/2] i915_bpo: DP MST fixes

Here are two commits to fix http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1657353

They are from drm-intel-next branch, so not found even in 4.10 yet which means 
yakkety and zesty will get their own pull req at a later time, but xenial is more 
important right now since these are for a product being certified.
