[PATCH][RSEND][xenial] ACPI / blacklist: fix Dell Precision 5520 & 3520 freeze

Impact:
  Dell Precision 5520 & 3520 freeze when bbswitch tries to turn off dGPU
  (i.e. in iGPU mode)

Fix:
  The patch adds Precision 5520 & 3520 to ACPI REV quirk (i.e. _REV=5) so BIOS
  can workaround it

  The patches are included in upstream and are cherry-picked from Linus's repo,
  with some conflicts fixed to master-next
