I have these 3 commits (plus an additional one: fcb6a15 "intel_pstate:
Take core C0 time into account for core busy calculation") already queued
for the 3.11 kernel as per request of Dirk Brandewie in the upstream
stable mailing list.  This means that, in a future SRU cycle, these will
hit the Ubuntu Saucy kernel.

Kamal, could you please check the status of these patches for the 3.8
kernel (which will be included in the lts-backport-raring kernel)?
