[Saucy Raring SRU] Add Haswell CPU models

Impact: Since Saucy and Raring distribution can support Haswell CPU.
       But intel_pstate driver in these distributions can't support Haswell CPU.

Fix: Add Haswell CPU models to intel_pstate driver

Two bug fix commits in intel_pstate driver are valuable to do backport.

1.       7244cb6 intel_pstate: Correct calculation of min pstate value

2.       d253d2a intel_pstate: Improve accuracy by not truncating until final result
