This kind of wreaked havoc on the common configs, though I confirmed
that the end result is identical for i386/amd64. Do you suppose you
could spend some time combing the highbank config for generic
differences from the rest of the arches ? For example,
config.common.amd64 went from 242 lines to 999.

Also added highbank meta package.
