branch updated with another patch to add highbank flavour into armhf

I've tested building on amd64 and armhf. The build looks good. and use
`fdr genconfigs` to generate configs before and after. Only 

 # CONFIG_NET_CALXEDA_XGMAC is not set

new to old configs
