[PATCH 0/4] HID: ntrig: new machines

Hi Leann,

This patchset, mostly taken from upstream, fixes a number of problems
encountered on the new ntrig models. The last patch enables the
1b96:0006 model, which has been tested and confirmed to work. Also
tested on older hardware without sign of regressions.
