[Maverick][pull-request] improve current mmc performance for Omap

The proposed patch is upstream already (2.6.36-rc1), and it improves the mmc
for some cases, as you can see at:
http://people.canonical.com/~rsalveti/iozone-test-omap-mmc-improvement/summary.txt

At this directory you can also check for 2d and 3d graphs, to compare both results.

Please consider it for Maverick (it's applied at Omap 4 tree already).
