[LUCID][linux-firmware] Reinstate updated rt2870.bin firmware

Tim,

The 1.34.2 update reverted the change to the rt2870.bin firmware
introduced in 1.34.1. Ben Hutchings pointed out that the old firmware is
useless for Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, so we might as well throw in the new
version. I have verified that only the 10.04 LTS lbm version of the
driver loads the firmware file, so there should be no regression
potential. Please review and upload as appropriate.
