Problem with apport-retrace

Hi Tim, thanks for your reply. I followed your advice and build the apt-
sourced kernel by

fakeroot debian/rules clean
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=parallel=2 AUTOBUILD=1 NOEXTRAS=1 skipdbg=false 
fakeroot debian/rules binary-generic

But it ended with generation of a deb file of aprox. 28M. So it is clear 
that something is wrong. What's my mistake?
