Kernel ddebs were accidentally deleted from ddebs.ubuntu.com awhile ago. 
  You can reproduce the kernel ddeb, but you'll have to build the kernel 
with 'skipdbg=false'. Be sure you have plenty of space since the kernel 
ddeb is approx 500MB.
