[Patch ] [Karmic] Enable the graphics Controller in B43 chipset

The following two patches from upstream enable the Graphics Controller in B43 chipset which are expected to be in 2.6.32 mainline kernel.

B43 Chipset is Intel mainstream chipset Q43 with AMT feature locked down,  but with different PCI IDs from Q43. The graphics driver should add according PCI ID to make it work normally. No more work is expected except PCI ID addition.

Karmic don't have the support for B43 now. The out-kernel support which impacts libdrm/xf86-video-intel/mesa is already there in Karmic, please consider to get these kernel patches in Karmic:
