Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi All,

Given this is Karmic's release week, we've decided to postpone adding
any new bugs to the list this week.  We will resume after Karmic's final
release.

The current regression stats are as follows:

39 regression-potential bugs (up 5)
8 regression-update bugs (down 1)
41 regression-release bugs (no change)
0 regression-proposed bugs (no change)

Of the 16 bugs added to the list last time, the current stats are as
follows:

3 Fix Released
1 Fix Committed
3 Incomplete
9 Triaged

Also, the Carried Forward section is at 129 bugs (no change), the In
Progress section is at 96 bugs (down 3), and the Fixed section is at 191
bugs (up 6).
