Recommended Bug List from the QA Team

Hi All,

Here's the updated bug list for the week [1].  I've added 16 new bugs to
the list which includes 5 regression-potential bugs and 1
regression-release bug.  The regression stats are as follows:

34 regression-potential bugs (down 2)
9 regression-update bugs (no change)
41 regression-release bugs (up 2)
0 regression-proposed bugs (no change)

Also, for the current bug list, the Carried Forward section is at 129
bugs (up 3), the In Progress section is at 99 bugs (no change), and the
Fixed section is at 185 bugs (up 11).  Of the 13 bugs added last time,
the stats are as follows:

1 Fix Released
1 Fix Committed
1 In Progress
1 Won't Fix
1 Incomplete
8 Triaged
