Backport changesets cad377acf3d6af6279622048e96680e79e352183,
5f513e1197f27e9a0bcfec0feaac59f976f4a37e, and
ded652f7024bc2d7b6118b561a44187af30841b0 from sound-2.6.git.
They correct a minor typo in debugging output, handle invalid
position regardless whether debugging is enabled (previously
only handled when CONFIG_SND_DEBUG was enabled, which is not
the case in Jaunty's -generic), and correct delta calculation
and hw_ptr calculation when buffer_size and period_size are
not aligned.
These patches are the final glue to make PulseAudio 0.9.14
appear not to suck so hard for Jaunty.
All patches are queued for 2.6.30.
