Side effect of building CPU scaling into kernel

Hi guys:

As a side effect of the building CPU frequency scaling into the kernel,
I'm noticing an extra message getting printed on boot that probably
doesn't need to be there.  I seem to remember at some point there was an
effort to not show any unnecessary messages between GRUB and usplash, so
I think this qualifies as one:

[    1.446954] cpufreq: No nForce2 chipset.
