As a side effect of the building CPU frequency scaling into the kernel,
I'm noticing an extra message getting printed on boot that probably
doesn't need to be there. I seem to remember at some point there was
an effort to not show any unnecessary messages between GRUB and
usplash, so I think this qualifies as one:<br>
