Intrepid: Missing hdaps_ec kernel module

This might be one for Stefan.

Back in September 2008 we had an issue raised about the omission of
hdaps_ec. I discussed it with Stefan and we logged it on the mailing
list:

Today on IRC TimStarling brought it up once more. As I couldn't find any
record of a reason to omit the module I thought it best to flag it.

It seems there are several machine models which aren't supported by the
existing modules tp_smapi or intrepid-ubuntu-ports/hdaps.
