Keep extraversions for Ubuntu kernsl

I was speaking to Amit about this, so on Ubuntu, uname -r right now
does not show the extraversion from upstream stable series. So for
example right now we're on 2.6.27.8, if I want to help users of ath9k
I want them to have at least 2.6.27.8 as we have critical fixes that
went into that release. I can't easily find out what Ubuntu users are
on unless I know what the 2.6.27-foo means beforehand. Fedora seems to
keep it, for example on this report I was seeing
"2.6.27.5-32.fc9.x86_64":

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=471329

Would it be possible to add this for Jaunty?

  Luis
