Plans for Kernel update for 8.04LTS ?

No, we have no plans to upgrade the kernel. If you look at the hardy
kernel, you will see a pretty heavy schedule of updates flowing into it,
including some backported drivers.

What hardware are you looking at? I didn't notice any extremely
important new drivers in 2.6.26 kernel.
