Xen networking on Hardy

I just noticed that someone posted fixes for the netfront (xennet) driver:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/218126

It is a really small patch, is there any chance it can get a freeze
exception?

It would make it a lot easier on all of us trying to use Xen especially if
it fixes the bug.

Packages are posted within both the linux bug above and also to the network
bug noted below.

I don't know if they work on hardy dom0 or not, I will test the packages as
soon as I can, hopefully others can test too.
