Revisit adding lirc modules to kernel tree

Yeah, I put the patch in that you sent me (moderated for list right
now). No, the MODPOST warnings are not ok. The failures indicate that
those two modules cannot be loaded due to missing symbols.

I'm leaving the source in for now, but it's not going to be built.
Please get better source that compiles more cleanly (the gcc warnings
alone scare me).
