Missing SND_HDA_INTEL in Gutsy

I'll let Kyle make that call. It looks like the code in l-u-m has
support for MACs that isn't in the kernel tree.

In the meantime, I've added Dell 1420 quirk support in l-u-m and
disabled SND_HDA_INTEL in the kernel.
