Re-spinning Artful/Xenial/Trusty and extending the cycle by one week

Due to the release of important security updates we will have to re-spin all
Artful, Xenial, and Trusty based kernels. As this comes rather late in the cycle
and we would not have time properly preparing the next one (time needed for
minimal testing and also challenged on available working hours) we will extend
the testing phase by one week.
