Due to LP #1734147 ("Ubuntu 17.10 corrupting BIOS - many LENOVO laptops models"),
we are respinning the following packets from the previous cycle:

linux-hwe-edge and linux-oem on xenial
linux on artful

Other kernels are not or should not be affected, and are not being respun.
