I have the same problem with the Suyin camera (as mentioned by Alexander
above).

Running the following for my camera
echo disabled >/sys/bus/usb/devices/1-2/power/wakeup
fails with "invalid argument" (it works for the autosuspend file of the same device)

cat /sys/bus/usb/devices/1-2/power/wakeup
displays an empty line
