As I have said before, this has never been fixed, still exists in 4/3/09
daily build.  The Linux Kernel Bug is marked Regression but I have seen
no activity there.  Very disappointing but in Ubuntu's defense, all
distributions are effected by it.  Too bad for us HP owners I guess.
