FIX!

In my /etc/uswsusp.conf file, I found this:

#resume device = UUID=65336f5d-40f3-4180-b930-53c4586e9f40
resume device = /dev/mapper/cswap

Apparently the upgrade had modified it.  I uncommented the first line,
and commented out the second line, and no more complaints!
