I'm using the Ubuntu 8.04 Beta AMD64 and have some problem with my rt73 usb device. First it all works fine, but after some I get disconnected. Dmesg gives a lot of the following lines...

after shuting down, and booting up, it works again. Anybody experiences
the same problem?
