[Bug 162083] Re: macbook3, 1 and apple aluminum keyboards fn key does not work

udpate: the patch seems to have changed the functionality of my ` key. Whenever I press the ` key, I get the character <. Whenever I press <shift> to along with ` to get ~, I get >.
Also the F5 and F6 keys are producing ~ character in the terminal.
