Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image

Probably similar to other usb bugs posted, but it seems that a bug for this particular device
has not been reported yet.

Mass Storage on my Samsung Upstage Phone (MPH-620) was recognized and automounted under Ubuntu 7.04 (running the 7.04 LiveCD on my system) but access is broken on 7.10 (installed).
This is running off a usb 1.1 port so the ehci_hcd issue shouldn't apply here.

The dmesg output after the phone is connected and put in mass storage mode is:

The phone's usb mass storage is available and automounts. Reading/writing is fine.
Not so under ubuntu 7.10

Thanks.
Sorry if this is a redundant report. I have lshal and lspci outputs if needed.
