Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.15

I tried installing Ubuntu 6.06 on a PIII 850MHz, with 128 MB RAM. When I
tried the installation, everything appeared to be working fine until the
Live CD tried to load the Window Manager or Nautilus, and then it would
just hang. It took me a while to realize that the system didn't meet
the minimum requirement 192 MB of RAM. It would have saved me a lot of
time if an error message popped up when the system ran out of memory, or
even better, if the system checked the available memory at the beginning
of the boot process to inform me when my system doesn't meet the minimum
requirements.

** Affects: linux-source-2.6.15 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
