Thanks for the update Kai!

How do I get the patch you mention that is in Dapper?  I don't see it mentioned in this bug report, and I don't see a patch available mentioned in this bug either:

Searching for "kernel" on packages.ubuntu.com in Dapper didn't show any
kernel patches relevant to this.

But maybe I'm blind...

Can someone please point out how to get this patch?
