[Bug 37513] No support for hard drive controller/chipset

I've been trying to install Ubuntu (both Breezy Badger and Dapper Drake)
with no success. It seems like it has no support for the chipset or hard
drive controller that the Fujitsu-Siemens T-series are using. It's a bit
annoying, but as I can't fix it myself, it has to be report as a bug.
