Just a quick note: I upgraded to breezy and the reboot-hang-crash bug is
gone. Note that this means that both the kernel was updated, as was the
X server, either of which could be the culprit for the bug.

I'm not sure if anyone cares about fixing the issue in Hoary or not, but
I thought this information might help.

According to the ubuntu package lookup service, Hoary is using xorg
packages that are version 6.8.2-10, while Breezy is using 6.8.2-77.

And Hoary is using kernel 2.6.10-x, while Breezy is using 2.6.12-x
