Comment:
Here's a bit of hardware information:
Pentium 4 1.6 ghz
256+128 MB SDRAM
Nvidia GeForce 4 MMX
Creative SB Live
LG DVD Drive
LG CDRW drive
3 hard drives (2 ide, 1 usb)
1 usb hub with other peripherals attatched
pci keyboard

I have not tried this yet through the console, as I do not know the command. What is it?

I did try to sleep and hibernate while using the nv driver and removing nvidia from the kernel, but the same behavior occurs.

This is my exact behavior when sleeping AND hibernating. My peripherals will begin to shut down (keyboard lights go off, USB hub light stops). Next, my computer will click and power light will go off. My fan will continue to run. From there, there is nothing I can go to resume my computer. Whether in sleep or hibernate, the power button will do nothing. The keyboard and mouse do nothing.
